Equine Colic- CD Fix v1.0 (Windows)

Currently, after a successful installation, the Equine Colic Program Disc CD is not being recognized by the Program when launched on some Windows Vista computers. If you currently have an Equine Colic Program that can not recognize the CD in your CD drive, please continue reading the information below to learn how to fix this problem.

In order to fix the problem, the current CD dependant application file that is created on your computer during the original installation needs to be replaced with a new server side application file. After a successful replacement, the program will ask for a registration code the first time it is launched. This code must be obtained from our support at the Glass Horse. Once the program is registered the first time, it will no longer need to be registered again. This registration replaces the need to have the CD in the drive during use. The computer must have an internet connection during the registration process.

If you currently have an Equine Colic Program that can not recognize the CD in your CD drive and you want to upgrade to the sever side solution, you must mail your original "Equine Colic Program Disc" back to The Glass Horse Project in order to obtain a registration code. Please make sure you have installed the program from your original "Equine Colic Program Disc" BEFORE you return the disk. DO NOT uninstall the program after you have shipped the disk back to us. You will need to have the program already installed when you are contacted by support with the registration code. Our support will guide you through all the steps to replace the neccessary files and get your program registered as soon as we receive your original CD.

Please mail the Equine Colic "Program Disc" ONLY along with your contact information. We do not need any of the original packaging or Bonus Disc.
