3) Print the form and fax it to 805-693-8682
Please do NOT e-mail us your credit card information. E-mail is not secure and can be easily stolen.
If you cannot download or have problems with the document you can e-mail us and request that we send the document as an e-mail attachment, or simply fax us an order at the above telephone number. Please be sure to include a complete shipping address and your credit card information (type of card, card number, expiration date, name as it appears on card).

We ship US Airmail Letter Post. The cost is $8 USD for the first CD and $2 USD for each additional CD. This is NOT a courier service. If you would like a courier service (e.g. FedEx) please make sure to request courier service on your order form. Additional charges apply for FedEx delivery. If you would like a quote on the courier service please be sure to include an e-mail address and request a shipping quote on your order form.
Quantity discounts are the same as for US customers.
